Inside and just outside the arrivals hall you will be approached by people offering rides. Some are freelancers, some overcharge heavily, and a tired traveller with bags is the target. Politely decline everyone who approaches you — a legitimate pre-booked driver holds a sign with your name and never needs to hunt for customers.
