Stopover package
Room + airport transfers + optionally a short Nairobi tour — a night in the national-park city instead of a night in a chair. Ideal for a 12–24 hour stopover; everything is itemised on one quote.

Is the airport pickup included?
In stopover packages, yes — the transfer is itemised on the quote and the driver tracks your flight. For room-only bookings you can add a transfer on the same form, or rely on the hotel’s own shuttle where one runs at your hour.

What are the cancellation terms?
They vary by hotel and rate, so your quote states the exact cancellation and change terms for the room and the transfer before you pay. If your flight moves, contact the desk and the booking is reworked where the hotel’s terms allow.
